Just a quick vector. I loved doing the lineart, and I left her hair and uniform purposely undetailed. I wanted to focus on the face (: And I only used two tones for her hand, which was left pretty undetailed, too.
Chose some bluish-indigo color for her, whatever that is. I thought, with her personality, and even considering the color of her eyes (?), it just suits her. xD
